As you are reading this, the YAGP team is hard at work on our 20th Anniversary Season International Semi-Finals, where thousands of talented young dancers audition for scholarships, and for an opportunity to be seen at the New York City Finals in April.
During the summer, we’ve visited Brazil, Peru and Korea. In the past several weeks we’ve held our first scholarship audition in Indonesia, and we’ve conducted Semi-Final events in Australia, France and Japan. To complete our international tour, we will hold scholarship auditions in Italy and Spain.
We invite you to follow our journey via our Facebook and Instagram channels, and tune in for the live-stream of the performances. And please save the date of April 18, 2019 for the YAGP 20th Anniversary Gala, “Stars of Today Meet the Stars of Tomorrow,” where you will see the world’s most promising young dance talent sharing the stage the world’s most recognized ballet stars at Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater.
