New theater’ updates (see underlined information):

Our most important priority at California Center for the Arts, Escondido is to welcome you to a safe environment. Our updated COVID-19 policy requires ticket holders to provide proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 PCR test or at-home rapid test taken within 72 hours prior to entering a venue to attend all indoor performances taking place in the Concert Hall and Center Theater. Dancers allowed to perform on stage with no mask.

All guests over the age of 16 years must provide proof of being fully vaccinated for entry (defined by the California Department of Public Health at this time as 14 days or more after receiving the second dose in a 2-dose series, or 14 days or more after receiving a single-dose vaccine).

Ticket holders over the age of six (6) years of age and those who need a reasonable accommodation for medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs must provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test or at-home rapid test taken within 72 hours prior to entering a venue.

All guests over the age of two years (2 years) attending indoor events in any of our venues – Museum, Concert Hall, Center Theater, Cal Club, and Conference Center – must also wear appropriate face coverings in accordance with current CDC guidelines while not actively eating or drinking. Masks must be made of paper or cloth and cover your nose and mouth and fit snugly on your face.
