Participant Protocol

Participants must show proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the competition event at the registration desk.

Masks are required at all times inside the building, with the exception of artists/performers while onstage or in the orchestra pit. Masks are required to be worn as soon as the participants exit the stage or pit.

These policies apply to all rental clients, artists and production teams, and Barclay staff.

Audience Protocol

Proof of fully vaccinated status, or proof of a negative COVID test, will be required from all audience members older than the age of twelve to gain entrance to the venue. Additionally, masks are required at all times inside the Barclay. Children under the age of three are welcome at performances appropriate for small children. The Barclay will review your proof of vaccination or negative test when you arrive at the venue.

All audience members older than the age of twelve will be asked to provide either:

• Proof of vaccination status through a Personal Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record issued by the State of California, an original physical COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or a photograph of an original Vaccination Record Card, or
• Printed evidence of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the performance date. At-home COVID-19 test kits are acceptable.
