Cheryne Busch trained in both the Royal Academy and Cechetti methods of ballet. She had received a Dancers Guild Scholarship and was awarded International Certification from the Royal Academy of Dance in London. After choreographing and teaching in South Africa, she joined Houston Ballet in 1999, to teach the preschool, main school and education outreach programs. Ms. Busch coached the Maccabi dance group to gold medal status in Atlanta, Baltimore and Houston, taught at HISD school and at various summer programs around the country. Ms. Busch is currently a Principal Instructor of Ballet and Character dance in the Houston Ballet Academy.
