Daniel Deivison-Oliveira has danced principal or featured roles in Tomasson’s Giselle (Peasant pas de cinq), Nutcracker (King of the Snow, Spanish, Arabian, Chinese, Russian), Romeo & Juliet (Tybalt), The Sleeping Beauty (Puss in Boots), Swan Lake (Von Rothbart), Caprice, Concerto Grosso, The Fifth Season, and Haffner Symphony; Tomasson/Possokhov’s Don Quixote (Espada); Balanchine’s Coppélia; Caniparoli’s Ibsen’s House and Lambarena; Fokine’s Petrouchka; Liang’s Symphonic Dances; Lifar’s Suite en Blanc; McGregor’s Chroma; Morris’ A Garden; Neumeier’s The Little Mermaid; Peck’s In the Countenance of Kings; Possokhov’s Classical Symphony, Diving into the Lilacs, Firebird, Francesca da Rimini, Fusion, RAkU, Reflections, and Swimmer; Taylor’s Changes; and Wheeldon’s Cinderella (Fates), Ghosts, and Within the Golden Hour. He created roles in Caniparoli’s Tears (principal), Lopez Ochoa’s Guernica, Millepied’s The Chairman Dances—Quartet for Two, Peck’s Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming, and Pita’s Björk Ballet. His repertory includes Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante; Elo’s Double Evil; Forsythe’s Artifact Suite; de Mille’s Rodeo; Nureyev’s Raymonda—Act III; Peck’s Rodeo: Four Dance Episodes; Possokhov’s Optimistic Tragedy; Robbins’ The Concert, Glass Pieces, Opus 19/The Dreamer, and West Side Story Suite; Thatcher’s Manifesto; and Tomasson’s 7 for Eight, Nanna’s Lied, On a Theme of Paganini, Prism, and Trio. Daniel performed at Gala Despertares in Guadalahara, Mexico, in 2016; in On the Town with San Francisco Symphony, and at the International Ballet Gala: World Ballet Superstars in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He was nominated for an Isadora Duncan Dance Award for Best Ensemble Performance in Possokhov’s Classical Symphony during the 2010 Repertory Season.
