Jeff Rogers began his dance training in Germany before moving to the US where he continued training with a former soloist The Ballet Society, which was to become New York City Ballet. Mr. Rogers then attended the SAB, Joffrey, and ABT schools under full merit scholarship, before launching a 20-year career with Ballet West. After retiring from the stage, Mr. Rogers joined the faculty at Ballet West Academy. His teaching style and methodology are greatly influenced by his Bournonville training, which he received from Toni Lander, Flemming Halby, Bruce Marks and Erik Bruin.
