Kelly Boal received her dance education at the School of American Ballet and joined New York City Ballet in 1984, soon becoming a soloist. She also appeared as a guest artist with various companies around the world, including Dutch National Ballet and Ballet Manila. Ms. Boal has also performed in many international galas, such as Le Gala des Étoiles in Montreal, Canada. After leaving the stage, Ms. Boal turned to dance education and joined the faculty of the School of American Ballet and the Pacific Northwest Ballet, where she coaches both the School’s Professional Division and the Company. Ms. Boal regularly appears as a Guest Master Teacher in schools across the U.S.
