Luciana Paris began training with Elena Perez, studied at the Colon Higher Institute of Art and received the Teatro Colon Theate Foundation Scholarship. She won a Gold Medal at the Latin American Dance Competition in 1995, and was invited to join Maximiliano Guerra to tour with the company, after which she joined Teatro Colon Ballet as a soloist. In 1996 Ms. Paris joined Julio Bocca’s Ballet Argentino as a Principal and Mr. Bocca’s partner. Paris joined American Ballet Theater in 2001 and is currently a soloist, as well as an ABT Certified Teacher.
