Matthew Dibble was scouted to join the Royal Ballet School at the age of 11, becoming a Royal Ballet company member upon graduation. After five years with The Royal Ballet, he went on to join K Ballet in Japan. In 2002, Mr. Dibble was personally invited by Twyla Tharp to join Twyla Tharp Dance, with which he has performed as part of the company’s 50th Anniversary Tour. Mr. Dibble’s extensive dance career has included work with many renowned choreographers, such as Christopher Wheeldon and Benjamin Millepied. He also performed the lead male role in Tharp’s Broadway hit “Come Fly Away.” He currently continues to perform with Twyla Tharp Dance and sets Tharp’s work in the U.S. and internationally.
