Philip Neal is a former Principal Dancer at New York City Ballet, a repetiteur for both the George Balanchine Trust and the Jerome Robbins Rights Trust. Mr. Neal has created work for the Richmond Ballet and has participated in the New York Choreographic Institute. He is a frequent guest instructor on the faculty of his alma mater, the School of American Ballet, and has also been a guest instructor for Miami City Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Joffrey Ballet among others. After joining the Next Generation Ballet at the Patel Conservatory, Mr. Neal and the school under his leadership received several highest awards at YAGP, including “Outstanding School” and Outstanding Teacher” awards.
