27 years ago, Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) changed the way the dance world looks for talent. Today, it is the #1 source of talented dancers for the world’s dance schools and companies, with 500 YAGP alumni dancing in 100 companies around the globe, including The Royal Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet, New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theatre.
“STARS OF TODAY MEET THE STARS OF TOMORROW“ is an annually sold-out, spectacular Gala performance, featuring some of the most promising young talent of the YAGP international student ballet competition and world-renowned guest stars, including YAGP alumni from the world’s leading dance companies.
Hailed by The New York Post as “the highlight of the New York ballet season,” the YAGP Gala gives the audience a unique chance to see some of the most exciting artists performing today (“STARS OF TODAY”) and electrifying young talent from all over the globe (“STARS OF TOMORROW”).

This year’s Gala casts bring together some of the most celebrated names in ballet today, dancers whose artistry and brilliance have inspired audiences around the globe. Among them are Nicoletta Manni of La Scala Ballet, Polina Semionova of Berlin State Ballet, and Maria Khoreva of Mariinsky Theatre, joined by principal dancers and soloists from the American Ballet Theatre, Paris Opera Ballet, The Royal Ballet, Stuttgart Ballet, and many more.
Each performance will offer a rare opportunity to see these international stars share the stage with the next generation of young talent from around the world – all in one spectacular evening of dance.
