Monique Smith graduated from the Fordham/Ailey BFA Program in New York and went on to dance in many Broadway productions including “Memphis,” “Hot Feet” and After Midnight, for which she received a Fred and Adele Astaire Award nomination. Ms. Smith also performed with Philadanco, Sonya Tayeh Dance, and Forces of Nature Dance Company, for Radio City Music Hall and with New York Philharmonic. Ms. Smith is a proud recipient of numerous choreography awards and is a renowned teacher, in high demand with schools and dance companies all over the United States. She currently teaches for The Dance Sessions and is the Co-Director of St. Louis Elite Dance.
