PROCEDURE TO RESERVE Each participant should send an e-mail to the address: reservas@hotel-santcugat.com, indicating in the subject the reference “YAGP 03.12.20”. In the same e-mail they should attach the below document with all the details of the reservation.

PAYMENT METHOD Hotel Sant Cugat should receive the prepayment of the reservation, by credit card or bank transfer, in a maximum of 21 days before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 22 days before arrival date. Cancellations received between 21 and 0 working days before arrival date, will be penalized with the 100% of total stay reserved charge.
