Monique Meunier received a full scholarship to attend the School of American Ballet at age 15 and was invited to join the New York City Ballet one year later, eventually becoming Principal Dancer. Ms. Meunier also danced with American Ballet Theater, and with Complexions Contemporary Ballet. She was a rehearsal director for Karole Armitage, a ballet master for Washington Ballet and the director of the Washington Ballet Trainee Program. She has been a repetiteur for the Balanchine Trust for over a decade, and is also a member of the inaugural committee of SABĘžs Alumni Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion.
