Shelly Power has over 45 years of administrative and artistic experience, coupled with a tremendous passion for dance. Since 2004, she served as the Houston Ballet Academy Director, overseeing the completion of a new dance building, among other achievements. In 2016, Ms. Power was named the CEO and Artistic Director of the Prix de Lausanne competition, where she was credited with successful diversity initiatives and innovative programming. In 2018, she was appointed as the Executive Director of Pennsylvania Ballet.
